Rotary furnace structure

Introduction and edit of rotary furnace

Rotary furnace is a kind of thermal equipment for calcining, roasting or drying granular and powdery materials. It has the advantages of combustion system, strong technical power, gas distribution and low burning loss rate. It is mainly used for calcining cement clinker in cement industry, as well as for calcining granular and powdery materials in refractory and ceramic industry and drying various raw materials in the above industry. It is widely used in drying, dehydration and baking materials in chemical industry.

The furnace body of the rotary furnace is a long steel cylinder lined with refractories. The furnace body is supported on several pairs of supporting wheels and has an inclination of 3% ~ 6%. The furnace body rotates slowly driven by the motor through the gear. The material is added from the higher end and discharged from the lower end. Fuel (pulverized coal, heavy oil or gas fuel) is injected into the head end of the furnace to burn in the furnace, and the flue gas is discharged from the higher end (material and flue gas countercurrent)
